The Finstroy holding company won the prize for the “Best Small Shopping Center in the Russian Regions” at the annual professional Commercial Real Estate Awards 2011 with the Rainbow project in Lipetsk.
The annual professional real estate awards, the Commercial Real Estate Awards, were founded in 2003 at the initiative of the real estate business association and have already become one of the most important and prestigious events in the commercial property industry. Each year the prize winning projects are the best in their categories and meet contemporary standards in commercial property development. Winning one of these prizes is seen as an important achievement in the eyes of professionals and boosts a company’s Russian and international image.
This year Finstroy was nominated in three categories: “Best Class-A Regional Business Center” for the Montblanc business Center in Belgorod, “Best Small Regional Shopping Center” for the Rainbow project in Lipetsk and also “Developer of the Year”. In the final results the Rainbow shopping Center won first prize. Just as a reminder – exactly one year ago Finstroy also won the main prize in this category for the Optimus shopping Center in Ulyanovsk.
