On June 16, 2011, Finstar has acquired 100% of Beau Monde Group.
Beau Monde operates four perfumes and cosmetics stores in Ukraine : two in Odessa, one in Kiev and one in Vinnitsa. Before the acquisition, Beau Monde was the largest independent perfumery retailer in Ukraine (by sales).
Vladimir Tsvetkov is appointed General Manager of Beau Monde Group; he was previously General Manager of Hexagone (perfumes and cosmetics distributor) and l’Escale (perfumery chain).
This operation marks the first steps of Finstar on the Ukrainian market of perfumes and cosmetics, where it has ambitious expansion plans.
