Banks must transform the operating model to a pandemic and improve the quality of services for customers. The need to use digital technologies to serve individuals and entrepreneurs is particularly high today. Demand for digital services is growing, particularly users using p2p payments.
The pandemic is already leading to dramatic changes in how customers manage their finances. Some clients already in a difficult financial situation particularly need online banking products. Such access is granted in China and Italy. Therefore, it is especially important to interact with clients via digital channels and identify current requests and issues. Banks should remain connected in Internet channels, meet customer needs and maintain a stable position of the organization.
